WELCOME TO MYORA JEWELS (hereinafter referred to as “MYORA”) WEBSITE (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined on the Site. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OUR SITE.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on our Site. If you are under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you are not authorized to place an order.

The products and services offered on the Site, including any samples, are intended for personal and/or professional use only. You shall not sell, resell, or distribute any of the products, services, or samples you purchase or receive. MYORA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or reduce any order or restrict product/service quantities that may violate these Terms.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and other information on the Site, MYORA does not guarantee that this content is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. MYORA reserves the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. Pricing and availability are subject to change, and we reserve the right to cancel any order based on incorrect information.

All content on the Site—including trademarks, logos, features, text, graphics, images, software, and their organization (collectively, the “Content”)—is the property of MYORA or its affiliates, partners, or licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any Content without MYORA’s prior written consent. You may create a hyperlink to the home page for personal, non-commercial use only, provided it does not misrepresent your relationship with MYORA or imply endorsement. We may request removal of any link at our discretion, and you agree to comply immediately.

Unauthorized use of the Site or its Content terminates the limited license granted herein, without prejudice to any other legal remedies.

The Site may feature special offers, contests, or events, which may have additional rules or policies. Participation in such offerings is subject to those separate terms.

All feedback, ideas, or suggestions submitted to MYORA (“Submissions”) are non-confidential. By submitting, you grant MYORA a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Submissions in any way deemed appropriate. You represent that you own the rights to your Submission and that it does not contain harmful software, spam, or misleading information. You agree to indemnify MYORA against any claims arising from your Submissions.

User Content: Any text, images, videos, or other materials you share on the Site are your responsibility. By posting content, you grant MYORA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to provide and improve our products and services. You retain ownership of your content, but MYORA may host, distribute, and display it as needed. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes on others’ rights.

MYORA is not responsible for content on external websites linked from the Site. Linking to such websites is at your own risk.

Payments: Orders can be paid via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, e-gift cards, or reward points. Cash on delivery is available in limited areas. Online payments are processed securely through authorized gateways. MYORA is not liable for breaches or unauthorized transactions.

Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on availability, location, and courier service. Fees may apply for orders below a minimum value, and COD charges may be additional. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery. MYORA may cancel orders suspected of violating these Terms and will refund any payment made.

Returns and Refunds: Refunds or replacements are provided only for defective products. Claims must be submitted to MYORA via email or WhatsApp with an unboxing video. Publicly posting about defective products on social media may void eligibility for replacement. Refunds exclude shipping and COD charges.

Intellectual Property: MYORA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Unauthorized reproduction or infringement may result in termination of access. Reports of infringement can be sent to info@myorajewels.com.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: The Site is provided “as is.” MYORA is not liable for business interruptions, access delays, data loss, viruses, errors, or damages related to third-party links. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to Rs. 25,000. Claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify MYORA for claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site, content violations, or misuse of software tools.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes, except those related to intellectual property, will be resolved via arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Amendment 2019). Arbitration is individual, not class-based.

Electronic Notices: You consent to receive notices electronically via email, mobile, or postings on the Site. To withdraw consent, email info@myorajewels.com and discontinue using the Site.

Amendments: MYORA may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect, modified to reflect the original intent as closely as possible.
