Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Terms

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the Myora Jewels website (www.myorajewels.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Policy is governed by the applicable laws of India.


2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team at returns@myorajewels.com .

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of confirmation of cancellation.
Note: The advance payment on Partial COD orders is non-refundable.

2.2 After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Customers may, however, initiate a return or exchange as per our Return Policy. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Before accepting delivery, please check the package for visible damage. If the package appears damaged, the POD sleeve is missing, or the sleeve seems tampered with, do not accept it.

2.3 Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused at delivery, the customer will be restricted from using Cash on Delivery as a payment mode for future purchases.

2.4 Partial COD Charges

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) allows a small advance to confirm the order, with the balance paid at delivery.

Important: Partial COD charges are non-refundable.

The advance paid as part of the Partial COD option is a processing fee covering:

  • Order confirmation handling
  • Backend resource allocation
  • Inventory blocking
  • Packaging preparation and courier coordination

Even before shipping, significant effort and cost go into preparing your order. Treating the Partial COD amount as non-refundable ensures shared accountability and helps us continue offering flexible payment options.


3. Return and Exchange Policy

3.1 Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returns are applicable only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect, verified with an unboxing video showing the POD sleeve and shipping label. Single-product images are insufficient.

Response Time: We respond within 72 hours. Additional details may be requested.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewelry that pierces the skin cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in transit.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

3.3 Return Process

  • Email info@myorajewels.com with your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video for in-transit damages.
  • Upon approval, a return shipping label or instructions will be provided.
  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  • A pickup may be arranged, but if unavailable, customers must return the product in original packaging to our address.

3.4 Refunds

  • Store Credits are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Store Credits are issued via email and usable on future purchases.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are not offered; only store credits for damaged or incorrect items with valid unboxing videos are processed.

3.5 Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credits will be issued.
  • Refunds are not offered.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 Notification

Report damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery via returns@myorajewels.com.

4.2 Resolution

Verified damaged or defective items will be replaced or issued store credits, including shipping costs.


5. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds or returns may be refused if the item shows wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.

  • Fraudulent or abusive return activity will result in denial of future services.


6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Website. Customers are encouraged to review the Policy periodically.
